CARY, N.C. – Saint Augustine's College lost both games of a baseball doubleheader to Francis Marion University 9-1 and 9-0 Tuesday (Feb. 28) at USA Baseball Complex.

Pat Hall (Jr./Virginia Beach, Va.) drove in the Falcons' only run in the first game. He doubled in the seventh inning to score Sterling James (Fr,/New Castle, Del.), who reached base on a single. Hall batted 2-for-2 in the first game. In the second game, the Falcons only managed three hits.

The Falcons fell to 5-11 overall. Francis Marion, nationally ranked much of the season, is 10-7 after the win.

The Falcons host Paine College Monday in a non-conference twinbill at Buffaloe Road Park in Raleigh, N.C. The first game begins at 1 p.m.
