Carter's solo shot over the right field wall put the Falcons ahead 1-0 in the fourth inning. The lead held until the seventh inning when Coker scored two runs.

The Falcons will visit Pfeiffer University for a four-game series this weekend in Misenheimer, N.C. Both teams will play a doubleheader on Saturday, February 14, and Sunday, February 15. Games times for both days are 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.
