SAU Plays Baseball On Back-To-Back Days This Week (Feb. 21-22)

The Falcons Visit Mount Olive Tuesday And William Peace Wednesday
 

RALEIGH, NC (Feb 20) – Saint Augustine's University will play baseball on two consecutive days this week.

The Falcons visit the University of Mount Olive in a single game at Scarborough Field in Mount Olive, N.C. on Tuesday, Feb. 21 at 2 p.m. Click HERE for live stats and HERE for livestream of the Mount Olive game. The following day on Wednesday, Feb. 22, the Falcons face neighboring rival William Peace University in a single game at the USA Baseball National Training Complex in Cary, N.C. The first pitch is 3 p.m.

Timothy Carter (Sr./Lumberton, NC) leads the Falcons (5-7 overall) in batting average (.364) and RBIs (13). Michael Keels (R-Sr./Manning, SC) bats .349 and has a team-best 15 hits. Johnathan Sierra (So./Raleigh, NC) has 11 RBIs.

For Mount Olive (6-3 overall), Ricky Surum bats .438 with three home runs and nine RBIs. Sean Finneran bats .500 and has nine RBIs for William Peace (5-5 overall).
