RALEIGH, N.C. (Nov. 24) – Miguel Brown (So./Wilson, NC) and Donte Edwards (Fr./Durham, NC) each scored 10 points for Saint Augustine's University in a 99-58 men's basketball loss to Nova Southeastern University at Rick Case Arena in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., on Saturday.

Brown added eight rebounds and Tyre Gathright (Sr./Wilmington, NC) chipped in nine points for the Falcons, who played their second game in two days in the state of Florida. D.J. Harrison (Sr./Winston-Salem, NC) finished with eight points and eight rebounds.

The Falcons (2-4 overall) led 9-4 early and only trailed 35-31 with 6:14 left in the first half. The Sharks (3-0 overall) ended the half with a 25-2 run to lead 60-33 at halftime.

David Dennis and Mark Matthews each scored 17 points for the Sharks, who shot 52.1 percent from the floor and scored 41 points off turnovers. Pat Huffine added 11 points for Nova Southeastern.

The Falcons host Morehouse College at Emery Gymnasium on Saturday, Dec. 1. Game time is 4 p.m.
