SAU Volleyball Concludes Season With Loss To Claflin

RALEIGH, N.C. (Nov. 3) – Saint Augustine's University ended the season with a 3-0 volleyball loss to Claflin University at Tullis Arena in Orangeburg, S.C., on Saturday.
 
Brittany Jamison (Jr./Charleston, SC) and Mechelle Moss (So./Nassau, Bahamas) each tallied five kills for the Lady Falcons. Zoey Isom (Sr./Phoenix, AZ) contributed 14 assists and three service aces and Jordan Rozier (So./Raeford, NC) had six digs. Tia Jones (Fr./Bridgetown, Barbados) totaled three blocks.
 
Taylor Jordan recorded 13 kills and Jamie Dobson added 11 kills for the Lady Panthers, who won 25-14, 25-23, 25-11. The Lady Panthers closed out their season at 6-12 in the CIAA Southern Division and 6-17 overall.
 
The Lady Falcons finished 3-15 in the CIAA Southern Division and 3-18 overall. They played three matches in three days including two against Claflin.
