RALEIGH, N.C. (Sept. 28) – Brittany Jamison (Sr./Charleston, SC) tallied 13 kills for Saint Augustine's University in a 3-0 CIAA women's volleyball loss to Claflin University at Tullis Arena in Orangeburg, S.C., on Saturday.

Jamison added nine digs for the Lady Falcons, who fell 25-16, 25-22, 25-18. Deandra Small (Fr./St. Philip, Barbados) totaled six kills and eight digs and Janina Mayers (So./Christ Church, Barbados) had 16 digs. Malique Webb (So./St. Catherine, Jamaica) finished with 18 assists.

Jala Roberts led Claflin (1-0 Southern Division, 2-4 overall) with 11 kills and three aces.

The next match for the Lady Falcons (0-2 Southern Division, 0-2 overall) is Monday, Sept. 30, against Winston-Salem State University in their home opener.
