2022-2023 (at Winston-Salem): Appeared in 12 games for the Rams averaging 4.0 ppg and 1.2 rebounds.  Had a season best 11 points and 3 rebounds against Morris on Dec 3.  Shot 37% from 3 on the season.  

High School: Honor Roll Student guiding the Crabbers to a 20-2 record as a senior earning the #1 seed in the VHSL Class 4 Region A playoffs.  Tallied over 1,000 career points.

Personal: Parents are Equine and Diona Sheffield.  Chose SAU because of Coach Tanner.
