Orangeburg, SC. – The Saint Augustine's men's basketball team are playing its best basketball at the right time. The Falcons traveled to Orangeburg, SC and upset CIAA Southern Division leader in the Claflin University Panthers. After snapping a 9-game losing streak earlier this week, the Falcons continued its strong play and did so without the services of Jaylen Richard.
The Falcons used an all-hands-on deck approach as all 9 players contributed offensively. The Falcons Christopher Hill with 10 points, Kyshon Tate added 10, little used Jayden Wingard was a spark off the bench with 10 points in 14 minutes, and Chance Jamison with a near triple-double adding 9 points and 11 rebounds.
