RALEIGH, N.C. – Saint Augustine's University hosts crosstown rival Shaw University in the final regular season women's volleyball match for the Lady Falcons at Emery Gymnasium on Friday, November 7, 2014. The match starts at 6 p.m.
 
This is the last collegiate home match for Chelsea Farrior (Sr./Tampa, FL), a student assistant coach who also played for the Lady Falcons. She will be recognized during the match on Senior Night.
 
A win would send the Lady Falcons to the CIAA Tournament, which will be held in Fayetteville, N.C., on Nov. 14-16. Both the Lady Falcons and Livingstone College would finish tied for fourth in the Southern Division, but the Lady Falcons would qualify by virtue of a better conference record. The top four teams in both the Northern and Southern Divisions will advance to the league tournament.
 
The Lady Falcons enter the match against Shaw 3-6 in the Southern Division, 6-9 in the CIAA and 8-17 overall. Shaw is 0-9 in the Southern Division, 0-15 in the CIAA and 1-18 overall.
