Porter, Hall, Mahon And Isom Post Big Numbers Against Meredith and William Peace

RALEIGH, NC (Sept 10) – The volleyball foursome of Olivia Porter (Sr./Bakersfield, CA), Shakera Hall (So./Bridgetown, Barbados), Meghan Mahon (Sr./Houston, TX) and Zoey Isom (So./Phoenix, AZ) stood out for Saint Augustine's University at the William Peace Tournament.

Porter recorded 20 kills and Hall added 15 kills and 14 digs in a 3-1 loss to Meredith College. Mahon contributed 44 assists and 11 digs and Isom collected 22 digs in a 21-25, 15-25, 25-23, 17-25 defeat.

Against William Peace University, Porter registered 27 kills and 12 digs in a 3-1 loss. Hall added 18 kills and Mahon amassed 49 assists and 13 digs. Isom chipped in 13 digs and Marley Parker (Jr./Langley, British Columbia) totaled 11 digs in a 25-27, 18-25, 25-20, 21-25 defeat.

The Lady Falcons (2-4 overall) are off until the CIAA Round-Up I next weekend in Murfreesboro, N.C. They face Chowan University at 12 p.m. and Virginia State University at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 17 and Elizabeth City State University at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 18.
