RALEIGH, N.C. (Sept. 29) – Saint Augustine's University (SAU) hosts Winston-Salem State University (WSSU) in its home women's volleyball opener at Emery Gymnasium on Monday, Sept. 30. Admission is free to the CIAA match, which starts at 6 p.m.

The Lady Falcons (0-2 Southern Division, 0-2 CIAA, 0-2 overall) opened the season last week with divisional road losses to Johnson C. Smith University and Claflin University. The Rams (0-1 Southern Division, 0-1 CIAA, 2-5 overall) are coming off a three-set home loss to Fayetteville State University last Thursday.
Brittany Jamison (Sr./Charleston, SC) of SAU ranks third in the CIAA in kills per set (2.67). Ytae Cobb of WSSU ranks fourth in the CIAA in kills per set (2.55) and fourth in hitting percentage (.314).
