RALEIGH, N.C. (Sept. 25) – Saint Augustine's University (SAU) hosts Johnson C. Smith in its CIAA volleyball home opener on Monday, Sept. 25, at Emery Gymnasium. The match begins at 6 p.m.

Both teams prepared for this match by competing against tough competition. The Lady Falcons (0-7 overall, 0-2 CIAA) are seeking their first win after visiting the Shaw Tournament. The Golden Bulls (2-4 overall, 0-0 CIAA) split a pair of matches at the Cavalier Classic.

The Lady Falcons are led on offense by Madison Jones and La'Tavia Braynen. Nayara Pereira leads the team in digs, and Sydney Moore leads the Lady Falcons in assists and service aces.

The Golden Bulls are led by Eliana Moultrie on offense. Monique Reid has the most digs and Yasmine Cannon is the team's top setter.
