CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Saint Augustine's College dropped a pair of CIAA softball games to Johnson C. Smith Thursday at Biddleville Park. The Lady Falcons lost the first game 6-1 and the second game 12-3.

Michelle Shackleford (Landover, Md.) drove in the Lady Falcons' only  run. Jennifer Plair (Hampton, Va.) and LaKeisha Ford (Madison Heights, Va.) led the Lady Falcons with two hits apiece.

Plair and Roshonda Henderson (Warrenton, N.C.) both had an RBI in the second game for the Lady Falcons. Henderson and Kathryn Tokarski (Saskatchewan, Canada) also paced the Lady Falcons with two hits each.

The Lady Falcons play Shaw next Wednesday at Walnut Creek Softball Complex. The first contest begins at 1 p.m.
