RALEIGH, N.C. - Saint Augustine's College opened the 2012 softball season with two losses Saturday (Feb. 4) during the first day of the Shaw University Invitational at Walnut Creek Complex.

The Lady Falcons were defeated 12-0 by Barton College and 19-0 by Lees-McRae College. They play West Liberty University at 11 a.m. and Virginia University of Lynchburg at 3 p.m. on Sunday in the final day of the event.
