The Saint Augustine's University women's basketball team will square off against Chowan University in the opening round of the CIAA Tournament on Tuesday, March 26, 2013, inside Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte, N.C., at 11 a.m.

The Lady Falcons, seeded fourth in the Southern Division, finished the regular season 11-14 overall. Chowan, seeded fifth seed in the Northern Division, finished 5-20 overall. In their only meeting this season, the Lady Falcons lost to Chowan 62-57 in Murfreesboro, N.C., on Jan. 7, 2013. The winner plays Elizabeth City State University, the Northern Division top seed, in the quarterfinals on Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013, at 1 p.m.
