RALEIGH, N.C. – Saint Augustine's University will host Chowan University in a non-conference women's basketball contest between CIAA teams at Emery Gymnasium on Tuesday, December 2, 2014. Tip-off is 5:30 p.m.
Ticket prices are $11 for general admission and $5.50 for visiting college students with ID, faculty and staff, senior citizens, military personnel and children ages 6-12. Admission is free for Saint Augustine's University students and children ages 5-under with one paying adult.

This will be the second home game in three days for the Lady Falcons, who are 2-3 overall. Chowan comes into the contest winless in four games.
"We are preparing for a tough game tomorrow night," Lady Falcons' Head Coach Rachel Bullard said. "While they may be 0-4, we are fully aware that anything is possible in a CIAA matchup. We are not taking them lightly."
The Lady Falcons got exceptional play from their backcourt in a 106-89 loss to Lander University on Sunday, November 30. Jeanne-Marie Wilson (Jr./Temple Hills, MD) scored a career-high 25 points to lead four guards in double figures.
Preseason All-CIAA pick Regime McCombs (Jr./Greenville, SC) added 20 points including six three-pointers and Shanika Harris (Jr./Richmond, VA) scored a career-high 16 points for the Lady Falcons. Porscha Walton (Jr./Chesterfield, VA) contributed 15 points.
McCombs leads the Lady Falcons with 11.2 points per game and is making 50 percent of her three-point attempts. Walton averages 11 points and Wilson averages 10.4 points. Forward Terri Jacobs (Jr./McDonough, GA) averages 8.4 points and 7.8 rebounds for the Lady Falcons, who are second in the CIAA in three-point field goal percentage (37.1) and third in rebounding margin (6.2).
Chowan is sparked by Preseason All-CIAA forward Alisha Mobley, who averages 13 points and 7.3 rebounds. Forward Jordan Payne averages 8.5 points and 7.8 rebounds.
This will be the first of two meetings between both teams this season. The Lady Falcons visit the Hawks in a CIAA contest in Murfreesboro, N.C, on Monday, January 5, 2015 at 5:30 p.m.
