About The Lady Falcons' Interim Head Coach
Jarita Crump is in her first season as Lady Falcons' interim head women's basketball coach. She was the Lady Falcons' assistant coach the past three seasons in addition to the 2010-2011 season. The Lady Falcons won four of their five consecutive CIAA Highest Grade Point Average Awards in women's basketball with Crump on staff. During the 2010-2011 season, the Lady Falcons earned a 19-11 overall mark and reached the CIAA Tournament semifinals with Crump as assistant coach.

Guard Sycoya Dorsey of the Lady Falcons was named to the CIAA-Mountain East All-Tournament team for her play on the basketball court Sunday, Nov. 15, 2015. Dorsey averaged 20 points, 7.5 rebounds and three steals in the CIAA-Mountain East Classic in Charlotte, N.C., over the weekend.
