FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Guards Shanika Harris (Sr./Richmond, VA) and Sycoya Dorsey (Jr./Richmond, VA) scored 17 points and 16 points, respectively, for Saint Augustine's University in an 80-62 CIAA women's basketball loss to Fayetteville State University at Capel Arena on Saturday, Feb. 20, 2016.

Guard LaKiya Rouse (Sr./Greensboro, NC) added 13 points for the Lady Falcons, who held their own against the Lady Broncos in their final regular-season game after the hosts raced out to a big first-half lead. The Lady Falcons were outscored 18-6 in the first quarter and were down 22 points in the second quarter. In the second half, they were only outscored 19-17 in the third quarter and scored more points (23-21) in the fourth quarter.

Rouse and Dorsey both led the Lady Falcons with seven rebounds apiece, and Dorsey recorded three steals. Harris dished out five assists in addition to making 5 of 9 three-point attempts.

Courtney Best scored 17 points for the Lady Broncos (6-4 Southern Division, 15-12 overall). Bria Robinson added 15 points and 14 rebounds.

The Lady Falcons (0-10 Southern Division, 3-23 overall) enter the CIAA Tournament next week as the Southern Division No. 6 seed. They will likely face Lincoln (Pa.) University on Tuesday, Feb. 23, in Charlotte, N.C.
