WILSON, N.C. – Saint Augustine's University fell 14-0 in the first game and 10-1 in the second game of a softball doubleheader against Barton College (3-3 overall) at Jeffries Field on Sunday, Feb. 21, 2016.

Six Lady Falcons each recorded a hit in the first game. Meranda Zanni (Jr./Phoenix, OR) smacked a double while Danyelle Duckworth (Fr./Orange Park, FL), Jasmine Rios (So./Greensboro, NC), Marley Parker (So./Langley, British Columbia), Korey Hill (Jr./Virginia Beach, VA) and Haili Pettifer (So./Langley, British Columbia) each collected a single.

In the second game, Pettifer drove in the Lady Falcons' only run with a single which scored Parker in the fourth inning. Parker doubled in the game, and Zanni and Hill both singled.

The Lady Falcons (0-5) will travel to Anderson, S.C., to visit Anderson University in a doubleheader on Sunday, Feb. 28. Game times are 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
