RALEIGH, N.C. (Nov. 7) – Saint Augustine's University (SAU) begins the 2019-20 women's basketball season on Friday, Nov. 8, in the CIAA/PSAC Challenge in Lincoln University, Pa.
The Lady Falcons will play two games in the CIAA/PSAC Challenge, hosted by Lincoln (Pa.) University at Rivero Hall. They take on Clarion University on Friday at 6 p.m. and Kutztown University on Saturday, Nov. 9, at 4 p.m.

The Lady Falcons feature a veteran cast including Preseason All-CIAA forward Kaaliya Williams (Jr./Richmond, VA), who missed all of last season due to injury. Williams led the Lady Falcons in scoring as a freshman and sophomore.
This year's SAU team is loaded with seniors. They are guards Kiana Clark (Queens, NY), Kamya Renwicks (Baltimore, MD), Angela Caraballo (Richmond, VA) and Quiera Gilmore (Charlotte, NC), and forwards Shankia Clark (Orlando, FL) and Tanisha Wall (Franklinton, NC).
The Lady Falcons also return guards Sha'nia Leach (Jr./Red Springs, NC) and Nia Moore (So./Deltona, FL) and forward Jordyn Burton (So./Durham, NC). Several newcomers are also on the roster.
The first home game for the Lady Falcons is Nov. 23 against UNC Pembroke. Tipoff is 2 p.m. at Emery Gymnasium.
