SAU Women's Basketball Hosts Shaw In Think Pink Game Saturday (Feb. 16)

RALEIGH, N.C. (Feb. 15) – Saint Augustine's University hosts Shaw University in a women's basketball matchup at Emery Gymnasium on Saturday, Feb. 16. Game time is 2 p.m.

The crosstown rematch is designated as the Think Pink Game for the Lady Falcons. They will wear pink uniforms to raise awareness about breast cancer.

ADMISSION
$13 general admission for the women's game, which is part of a doubleheader. $8.50 for faculty/staff, senior citizens, military personnel, visiting students with valid ID and children ages 6-12. Free for SAU students with valid ID and children ages five and under (per one paying adult).

LAST MEETING AT EMERY GYMNASIUM
Kaaliya Williams finished with 16 points and eight rebounds and Kelsee Arnold added 14 points as Saint Augustine's University rallied from a 12-point deficit in the second half to top Shaw University 61-59 at packed Emery Gymnasium on Jan. 24, 2018. The win was the first over Shaw since 2010.

LAST GAME
Kamya Renwicks (Jr./Baltimore, MD) scored a career-high 20 points for Saint Augustine's University in a 72-54 CIAA women's basketball loss to Winston-Salem State University in Winston-Salem, N.C., on Saturday, Feb. 9.

Macy Keen had 21 points, eight rebounds and six blocks for Shaw in a 73-61 loss to Winston-Salem State University in Raleigh, N.C., on Wednesday, Feb. 13. Victoria Swanson added 11 points, six rebounds and six assists, and KinTisha Martin had 10 points and four rebounds.
