SAU Women's Basketball Hosts Fayetteville State Saturday On Senior Day At 4 P.M. (Feb. 23)

RALEIGH, N.C. (Feb. 22) – Saint Augustine's University ends the regular season with a CIAA women's basketball matchup against Fayetteville State University at Emery Gymnasium on Saturday, Feb. 23. Game time is 4 p.m.
 
Two seniors will be highlighted on Senior Day. They are Kelsee Arnold (Atlanta, GA) and Bianca Igwe (Tampa, FL).
 
The Lady Falcons host the Broncos, who have already clinched the Southern Division title. The Lady Falcons will likely be the No. 6 Southern Division seed in the CIAA Tournament.

ADMISSION
$13 for the men's and women's doubleheader. $8.50 for faculty/staff, senior citizens, military personnel, visiting students with valid ID and children ages 6-12. Free for SAU students with valid ID and children ages five and under (per one paying adult).

Kiana Clark scored 12 points, including four three-pointers, for Saint Augustine's University in a 58-40 Southern Division loss to Fayetteville State University in Fayetteville, N.C., on Feb. 2, 2019. Four players scored in double figures as Saint Augustine's University nearly rallied from a second-half double-digit deficit in a 75-67 Southern Division loss to Livingstone College in Salisbury, N.C., on Wednesday, Feb. 20. Angela Caraballo (Jr./Richmond, VA) scored 15 points and Shankia Clark added 14 points and 13 rebounds for the SAU women. Kamya Renwicks finished with 13 points, five rebounds and seven assists and Jordyn Burton chipped in 12 points and six boards for the Lady Falcons, who shot 47.5 percent, their second-highest shooting percentage this season.
 
Yakima Clifton led four Broncos in double figures with 18 points in a 73-62 Southern Division win over Shaw University in Fayetteville, N.C., on Wednesday, Feb. 20. Shantel Bennett scored 11 points and Katisha Hyman and Chi'Chi Maduegbunam each had 10 points.
